Why I started Dylan Chong & Co?

The Founder, Mr. Dylan Chong originated from Sandakan, Sabah. He reads law in University of Malaya and was granted a United States offer to study abroad for one year at Grand Valley State University under the President of Barack Obama UGRAD Programme.

He started from a humble background whereby he helped his previous law firm to generate RM500-RM1 million in figure during MCO period where all staffs and lawyers salaries were paid.  He had then ventured into a partnership and had achieved 6 figures in fees' collections.

He then ventured out to build his own firm to realise his vision to build one of the South East Asia largest law firm fully equipped with latest technology.

He build this law firm with latest technology in tach for the website equipped fully sophisticated SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), Social Media exposure, and to build webinar channel to engage clients. 

In short, the future is technology. Nokia fails by not adapting. The same goes with traditional law firm.

The firm's objective:

• to build and grow the firm, to be acquired or merged with large entity or large law firm in Malaysia; thereafter to expand its practise to South East Asia region;

• to become the fully automated technological law firm equipped with usage of softwares, online marketing tools, web, apps and IT savvy;

• to become a Virtual University to student, professional working adults, by providing  short professional legal courses to them by door steps;

• to self actualise every single lawyer by grooming them to become a Partner of the Firm, thereafter to own the branch of the firm
