• Civil Litigation

1. Edric Cheah Shiah Hng v Inspidea Sdn Bhd (KBRF11001/2023/0055) [2023] - we represented the claimant (Edric) against the Company for failure to pay the agreed contractual bonus. The Labour Court has decided in our favour and granted the award to our client.

2. English Boy Global Sdn Bhd v Varusai Mohamed bin AKS Mohd Salleh (WA-52NCvC-800-10/2023) - we represented the Plaintiff to claim for unlawful conversion of items and unlawful eviction of the tenant from the shoplot. Claim sum was around RM200,000.00.

3. Goh Chee Keong (2023) - represented client to sue for tresspass to property. It was a matter of the trespassing of neighbour's plants (tree) into our client premise. 

4. Netsis Technology Sdn Bhd (2023) - suing for unpaid debt of RM300,000.00

5. Chong Sow Keong v Jobstore Berhad (2023) - represented client to claim for unpaid redemption sum of preference shares in the sum of RM2.6 million

6. Hew Tze Meng v Kwan Peng Wah (2024)  - we represented the Plaintiff to apply for a consequential order against the Defendant for the sale of a piece of land worth RM2million in Melaka, and also to dissolve the company.

7. World Corporate Synergy Sdn Bhd (2024) - we represented the Plaintiff to claim for unpaid debt in the sum of RM150,000.00 against a commercial tenant.

8. Signature Wedding Sdn Bhd v Low Jun Hui (2024) - represented the Plaintiff to sue the employee for act of negligence for causing losses and damages in the sum of RM65,000.00

9. LCL & CPY v Ang Wei Chan (2024) - represented client to claim for an injunction to injunct the publication of defamatory social media post and video.

10. Lim Wei Ying (2024) - represented the newspaper retailer company to negotiate with the New Paper Publisher.

11. CLJ & CLH v Dr. Chew (2024) - represented deceased's daughter to file an official claim against the dentist for breaching the dental ethics rules before the Malaysian Dental Council.

12. Boo Wan Ping (2024) - represented the executor to negotiate with the beneficiary on the distribution of the deceased's property and monies.

13. LSY & C v CTOS Data System Sdn Bhd (2024) - represented plaintiffs to defend the suit by CDS for claim of solicitation of clienteles and defend against injunction action.

14. Lim Mei Hui v Zestrans Sdn Bhd (2024) - represented Plaintiff to sue the developer for unpaid late payment interest and to enforce the award of the Housing Tribunal at Civil Court and Jabatan Perumahan Negara.

15. Fong Tze How v Angelina (2024) - represented plaintiff to oppose an  enforcement of Judgment by applying to set aside the Judgement.

• Tax Litigation

1. Wang Hsiang Ming (2023) - we represented the taxpayer for tax assessment and managed to reduce the tax penalty imposed with agreed instalment payment to the tax authority.

2. Morning Mist Sdn Bhd (2023)  - it was a tax penalty raised against a logistic company for late submission of income tax. We managed to set aside the Judgement in Default of Appearance obtained by the tax authority and also to dismiss the summary judgment of the tax authority.

3. Teoh Li Hui v LHDN (2024) - negotiated with the tax authority to reduce the tax assessed on the sale of property of RM2.1 million which attracted a RPGT tax of RM500,000.00.

4. DS Cabling Sdn Bhd (2023) - represented a company to negotiate on reduction in tax penalty imposed for 1st time offender.
   

• Corporate & Commercial Dispute

1. Team A Conditioning Sdn Bhd (2024) - negotiated a commercial shoplot agreement and also shareholder dispute among the shareholders.

2. Diong Lu Chung v Ku Yan Tah (2024) - represented plaintiff to sue the defendant for breach of trust & embezzlement of funds from a partnership.

3. Ukay Builders Sdn Bhd (2024) - represented plaintiff for a construction dispute sum of RM10million  with an established public listed developer in Setia Alam.

• Land Matter Dispute 

1. Yong Siew Hong v Ang Tarng Shi & Others (2023) - application to oppose the extension of the caveat lodged in two pieces of land in Kangar, Perlis.

2. SRJK (C) Pheng Lock (2024) - application to the High Court for an order for transfer by operation of land to the school committee.

3. Persatuan Kho Chew Perak (2024) - application to the High Court for an order for transfer by operation of land to the association committee.
